The staff at SALT have made a committment to use Boulder County product whenever possible. We are fortunate to have a wealth of abundant and diverse resources here and rich farm country around us. The Farmers Market, held every Wednesday and Saturday brings the community together and you will see much of the produce found there featured on our menu that evening. We are thankful for the hardwork and dedication of these farmers and their families.
